Our college held an orientation session for our first-year B.Sc. (N) students on the theme of the role of yoga in health promotion. The value of yoga in daily life is emphasized by Dr. A. Agashya, a tutor at Sir Isaac Newton Naturopathy and Yoga Medical College. She performed sixteen distinct asanas, including Tadasana, JanuNaman, GoolfChakara, and PrarambhikSthiti etc.
